After this initial consultation meeting with Karin, our expert team joins her, collaborating to refine the details, coordinate logistics, and ensure every aspect of your journey is flawlessly executed.

Every safari starts with a planning meeting with our founder, Karin Jones. She personally will utilize her nearly four decades of experience in the safari business to work with you and collaborate. Whether through a call, video chat, in person or email, we’ll get to know you, your travel style, special interests, and any must-have experiences. We’ll also discuss timing, preferred destinations, and budget expectations. Every itinerary we create is bespoke—crafted specifically for you, starting with a blank pad, not pulled from a catalog.

Once you’re thrilled with your itinerary, we confirm your trip with deposits and begin preparing every logistical detail—securing flights, permits, private guides, and exclusive experiences. You’ll receive all essential travel information, from packing lists and visa requirements to restaurant bookings, special requests, and even personalized reading recommendations to enhance your journey.
